The official summary of the Security Through Regularized Immigration and a Vibrant Economy ("STRIVE Act", aka HR1645, aka H.R. 1645, aka HR 1645, aka the "Flake-Gutierrez Massive Illegal Alien Amnesty of 2007") is here. Right... reconquista is a myth. Sure. For every thousand illegals given amnesty, there will be in 20 years another Joe Baca, another Henry Cuellar, another Jose Serrano, another Hilda Solis, etc. legislating on behalf of la Raza.
