"Pocahontas" alone should be disqualifying for both Trump and Warren - 10/15/18
Elizabeth Warren says a DNA test show she's part Indian. Now her supposed opponents are moving the strike zone and Donald Trump is claiming he never offered to donate to charity if she took a DNA test [1].
Is Mitt Romney really more conservative than Trump on immigration? - 03/27/18
Mitt Romney claims [1] he's more conservative than Donald Trump on immigration. In fact, both support a massive amnesty. Not only that, both make opposing amnesty more difficult by presenting the opposition to it as just something for conservatives.
Incompetent Kellyanne Conway relies on ObamaCare collapsing to save Donald Trump - 10/17/16
How incompetent is Kellyanne Conway, Donald Trump's campaign manager? To answer that question, all you have to do is look at the current state of the election. Despite all his many personal failings, Trump should be ahead by 10 or 20 points. All he had to do was use Hillary Clinton's extraordinary vulnerabilities on immigration - such as her support for the anti-American DREAM Act - against her. Instead, Trump has decided to engage in meaningless personality issues.
Incompetent Donald Trump data points: Miss Universe 1996 and Monica Lewinsky - 09/30/16
Here are yet two more examples of Donald Trump's gross incompetence:
Incompetent Donald Trump data point: binders full of female advisors - 09/07/16
Here's yet another in the long line of examples of Donald Trump's incompetence in the political arena.
Incompetent Donald Trump data point: USA Freedom Kids are suing him - 09/07/16
Remember the "USA Freedom Kids", the trio of little girls who gave a cute-but-creepy serenade to Donald Trump before one of his Florida rallies? In yet another example of just how incompetent Trump is in the political arena, they're now suing him [1]:
Jeff Popick, the group's manager and the father of one of the girls, told CNN the Trump campaign did not give him and the girls their due.
Why we'll have more Ebola cases in the U.S. and how to do something about it - 10/02/14
The only way to stop the spread of the Ebola virus is temporary travel restrictions from the affected area to other countries. Those who must return to the U.S. need to be quarantined for the incubation period of the virus. Otherwise, there will be more cases in the U.S.
Did Rep. Joe Garcia say "We Proved That Communism Works"? - 05/21/14
Yes, he did, but he said it sarcastically. Like if you don't like brocolli, but say "I like broccoli!". If you say that sarcastically, that doesn't mean you actually like broccoli.
Garcia was engaging in hyperbole, claiming that everyone in El Paso is employed by the government to stop illegal immigration, and that El Paso having a supposed low crime rate proved that Communism works: by employing everyone, the government can reduce crime. Watch the video below where he laughs about it.
If you oppose illegal immigration, Tim Donnelly isn't on your side (California) - 04/08/14
Tim Donnelly is an extremely long-shot candidate to be California governor. The primary election is June 3, 2014 and then the top two vote getters (i.e., Jerry Brown and either Donnelly or Neel Kashkari) will face off in the general election in November.
Brendan Eich's firing: yet more conservative incompetence - 04/05/14
The firing of Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich is the latest example of conservative incompetence (or just corruption). Conservatives present themselves as the opponents of political correctness, yet political correctness keeps right on rolling along. Those who engineered Eich's firing are able to get things done; those who pretend to oppose them lack the ability or the will to stop their campaigns. By pretending to be the opposition to political correctness but being complete failures, conservatives let down most Americans.
Conservatives lack competence to stop the "Knockout Game" - 11/21/13
In the "Knockout Game", a victim is knocked unconscious in a surprise attack. Most or all of the perpetrators are blacks and usually working in a group; most or all of the victims have been non-blacks. Victims have included the political class such as Matt Yglesias and Rep Grace Meng.
How Tea Party *helps* the media, Part 3838022B - 08/25/13
If you're reading this post after October 2013, you'll probably still be hearing about Trayvon Martin but you might have to struggle to recall who Chris Lane is. If you need a refresher, see this.
Why will that be the case? The Lane case seems worse in most respects than the Martin case. Why won't you hear about the Lane case anywhere near what you've heard about the Martin case?
