Alleged U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez said on tonight's Eliot Spitzer show on Current TV that Rep. Paul Ryan thinks amnesty is the "right thing to do" ( video: peekURL.com/zjn3fmY ).

Bearing in mind that Gutierrez will say and do anything to gain race-based power via amnesty (aka comprehensive immigration reform), it has a ring of truth considering that Paul Ryan is a fiscal conservative and those of that bent tend to be bad on immigration.

Gutierrez says he chatted with Ryan today and Ryan reminded him that he was an original sponsor of Gutierrez' amnesty (STRIVE Act). Gutierrez says:

"You know what Ryan told me? 'I'm not going to do it because it's political.' … He says, 'I want to do it because it's the right thing to do.'"
