GE-sponsored idiocy: @mattyglesias says "even tho immigration reduces crime *rate* there's always going to be a non-zero level of immigrant crime that can be exploited by demagogues". 1. Considering 2nd/3rd/etc gens, does it really reduce the rate? 2. Why do we need extra crime?
