See what Thers/Whiskey Fire is afraid for you to see

Earlier today, I left the comment below at the site Whiskey Fire at a post written by "Thers" [1]. He or she subsequently edited my comment to change both the link to this site and the link to Youtube in the below comment, and then left another comment saying that he/she had "fixed" my links. In fact, Thers didn't fix anything, and simply revealed that he/she is afraid of and wants to silence those who disagree. And, you never know what other comments Thers has likewise edited and what else he/she is trying to hide from you.

Here's the comment:
Perhaps this site could tell us why BHO supports bills that would take college educations away from U.S. citizens. (He supports both the CA and national versions of bills that would do that).

To recap: BHO supports a bill that would take educations from U.S. citizens. The math is incredibly simple, and illustrated in a way that even BHO fans can understand here: youtube.com/watch?v=WZkvEmSy1vk

Your task: explain why BHO wants to take college educations from his own fellow citizens.

As you can tell from many of the comments this video drew on youtube, many people don't mind college assistance going to whoever ranks as most qualified, no matter their immigration or citizenship status. my issue is other: as the father of 10 (legal, American) children, i ask if the issue isn't rather that there is TOO LITLLE assistance, period, for college ed? or alternatively, that college is WAY too expensive. i have a daughter in medical school and she and we will be 200 to 300 thousand in debt for it by the time she gets her MD. and that's only cause she is going to a (terrific) state medical school. a private school would have cost nearly double, all in. what kind of idiocy is that? do we want young people to pursue higher degrees or not? If college were not so horribly expensive, and if we could all afford it, we would not be fighting bitterly over the scraps, and would feel freer to applaud the success of whoever makes it work, and not think to ask who they bumped out of the mix.
