S.744 Immigration bill - Sec. 2234: REPORTS TO CONGRESS ON NONIMMIGRANT AGRICULTURAL WORKERS

- (a) Annual Report by Secretary of Agriculture- Not later
than September 30 of each year, the Secretary of Agriculture shall
submit a report to Congress that identifies, for the previous year, the
number, disaggregated by State and by occupation, of--
- (1) job opportunities approved for employment of aliens
admitted pursuant to clause (iii) or clause (iv) of section
101(a)(15)(W) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as added by
section 2232; and
- (2) aliens actually admitted pursuant to each such clause.
- (b) Annual Report by Secretary of Homeland Security- Not
later than September 30 of each year, the Secretary shall submit a
report to Congress that identifies, for the previous year, the number of
aliens described in subsection (a)(2) who--
- (1) violated the terms of the nonimmigrant agricultural
worker program established under section 218A(b) of the Immigration and
Nationality Act, as added by section 2232; and
- (2) have not departed from the United States.
