Is the ACLU's official policy to just enforce labor laws (with little or no immigration enforcement)?

Back on November 28, 2007, Lucas Guttentag - "national director of the Immigrants' Rights Project of the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation" [1] - conducted an interview with the leftwing "Uprising Radio" program [2]. You can listen to it at that link; it mostly concerned the no match ruling which was in the news at that time.

I didn't post about this at the time because he didn't come right out and say anything that damaging; listening to it again I still can't find that much that would warrant making a video about. However, he seems to be implying that the ACLU isn't just the "defender of the Constitution" that we've been led to believe but has an agenda that they're pushing. Namely, to enforce labor but not immigration laws; see the link for the problems with that idea. The problem is that he doesn't come right out and say that the ACLU doesn't want immigration enforcement, only that they want labor enforcement. What they want can be understood through the ACLU's long string of actions attempting to thwart most forms of immigration enforcement, but it would be great if they'd say it explicitly.
