.@kewhittington: you authored "more speech" book; @marksjo1 reviewed it. #Twitter heavily censors replies to govt officials. Eg, 30% to 60% of the replies to Scott Pruitt are censored (start at my top tweet). Twitter heavily censors replies - from liberals - to Pai, Mnuchin, etc
