.@bandylaube: you know how 9/11 was great for Adm Poindexter, etc & that was great for OBL? Likewise, Putin was obvious about bots knowing those like @fawfulfan would push for more censorship. He wants that to show our system doesn't work. Totalitarians like Chapman *help* him.
