.@CBurleyESPN: from now to Dec 26, ESPN only has 3 soccer games on network & 2 of them are early morning. Can you imagine them doing that to basketball or kneeball? Soccer needs to get on network to get popular. Please urge ESPN suits to put some Plus games on network.

.@CBurleyESPN: 99% of Americans have no idea what you're talking about because #soccer isn't considered a regular sport. ESPN isn't much help: they could be showing it year round every few days, even offbrand, foreign, tape-delayed, local feed. Instead they marginalize it.

.@CBurleyESPN @JonChampionJC: if #ESPN hides Serie A on some sort of non-basic cable channel, that's no better than what Murdoch does. Making soccer a specialty sport hidden away on special channels marginalizes the sport, harming everyone (except for NFL/NCAA).

.@CBurleyESPN: #ESPN is playing your show (OK) but also golf (?) & boxing (?) I understand ratings, variety, etc. Why doesn't ESPN understand those by playing soccer more often than once a month or so? They've even gone back into no-baseball mode.

.@CBurleyESPN: while a competing network has Sunday Night Kneeball, #ESPN is playing clip shows. Plz urge them to counterprogram foreign offbrand soccer - delayed or not, local feed or not - or Caribbean baseball, etc. Give disenchanted kneeball fans an alternative.
