.@JonChampionJC: @chefjoseandres blocked me for pointing out his actions weren't as helpful as possible. Maria aftermath was bad for many reasons: Trump's/local officials' gross incompetence, etc. Another reason is lack of a survivalist/scouting mindset, which Andres enabled.
