The latest versions of #Firefox enter what I tend to call a "shame spiral" (thank you, Stuart Smalley). It becomes unresponsive & uses *0* CPU. Then, a minute later up comes the "Firefox crashed [again]" dialog. Yet more pure, intense incompetence from #Mozilla.
