When I was c-l-i-m-b-i-n-g E-v-e-r-e-s-t hiking up Mount Marcy or Guadalupe Peak - highest points in NY & TX - I didn't have a "groomed" course. #Olympics courses have to be same from year to year, but certainly they can add in some natural features, not just snowy astroturf.
