David Axelrod, Stephanie Cutter of Obama campaign lie about Kris Kobach ("plague", immigration, Mitt Romney) - 01/11/12
Stephanie Cutter is the Deputy Campaign Manager for Obama 2012 and earlier today she lied about Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach. Others joined in, including Former Obama Senior Advisor David Axelrod.
Cutter tweeted the following:

In addition to the Drop Dobbs campaign, another group is starting their own push in an attempt to silence Lou Dobbs. This group has links to the Obama administration and the Democrats that are slightly closer than the other, and given that Obama lied about Lou Dobbs during the election, it would be interesting to know the degree to which there's any coordination.

At yesterday's Barack Obama town hall meeting, some of those who asked questions live at the event - as distinguished from those who submitted questions online - were plants with connections to the White House or other Beltway establishments. Garance Franke Ruta of the Washington Post says:

Tim Kaine: new chairman of the Democratic National Committee - 01/04/09
Per this, Barack Obama has selected Virginia governor Tim Kaine to be the new chairman of the Democratic National Committee, replacing Howard Dean. Since Kaine is still in office, he'll be working part-time until January 2010. In early November, when the possibility of him being named was raised by Obama, Kaine said this:
"That's not something I'm going to do... I don't view that, frankly, as consistent with being governor, so I'm going to be governor... I would view it as taking my eye too much off the ball about things that need to happen here."
