PJTV clueless about asking tough questions (CEI, Climategate)

Glenn Reynolds alerts us (pajamasmedia.com/instapundit/89283) to the Pajamas Media video "Warmists Give Climategate The Cold Shoulder", subtitled "What do Greenpeace, the Sierra Club, the Center for American Progress have to say about the growing Climategate scandal?" (pjtv.com/v/2770).

Rushing posthaste to watch it - but not to give PJTV any money - I was to a small extent expecting them to actually attempt to make the aforementioned groups look bad by asking them tough questions.

Instead, it was the intellectual equivalent of a boxing match between Abe Vigoda and Larry King.

The "suits" (two tools from the Competitive Enterprise Institute) just asked the "hippies" (tools from the other groups, including Faiz Shakir of ThinkProgress) weak questions. The "hippies" were able to easily dismiss statements made by the "suits"; the two from CEI didn't even have copies of the Climategate emails that they referenced. I doubt whether any "warmists" would be convinced by what little argument the two from CEI were able to state, and some of the "warmists" might have even been able to convince some of PJTV's viewers that Climategate isn't that great of a scandal.

If anyone wants to make the "warmists" look bad it's possible, but it's going to require more competent sources than the two from CEI and PJTV.
