USA isn't *completely* dysfunctional: we only have gangs roaming some of our streets, etc., etc. However, two sure signs of rampant dysfunction are: - #MAGA gets away with claiming a deranged, venal, worthless dolt is playing "4-D chess", and - #resist can't show that wrong.
