.@bcoyne: that'd be a clear 1st Amdt vio. What is it when #Twitter -which sells itself as a way for officials to reach voters- keeps some voters from doing that over ideology? Hasn't Twitter blurred the lines, made itself less a purely pvt co but one w/ features of a govt site?
