Walter Moore for Mayor of Los Angeles?

Help 24Ahead via PayPal:
Somewhat out-of-control Republican Walter Moore is running for Mayor of Los Angeles, and he's looking for $150,000 so he can get into the debates. First example of something not quite being right: he can't even put up a website at the short form of his domain (MooreIsBetter.com); instead, it redirects to the previous MegaLink. Obviously, we can't all have the polished political machines of the current L.A. alcalde, but why can't Moore even get his domain right?
Nevertheless, as pointed out the last time around, if he's allowed into the TV debates he might raise some interesting issues.

What do you mean "Somewhat out-of-control Republican"? He seems pretty moderate to me especially when compared to our entire city council and mayor who not only ignore illegal immigration but actually create programs to pay illegal immigrant convicted criminal gang bangers.

He's not as slick as Tony Villar, and I don't think he fully understands, for instance, how the MSM might twist statements he makes.

Never forget the CAGOP abandoned Walter last time he ran for mayor, effectively conceding territory (LA) to mexico. Thanks CAGOP, I will never forget. Those bastards will never recieve a cent from me as long as I live.

I wrote Walter Moore on one of his issues that I disagreed with and received the most puzzling response. Here's a sampling of his ramblings: "My platform is based on what I believe is best for our city, not my own personal financial interest. Indeed, if I lose, my wife and I will be leaving ASAP to retire in France. I don't need this job; I'm willing to take it. " FRANCE???? (what a jerk!)

I support W Moore. LA is becoming a Banana Republic, with a five ft high, tatoo on the neck, gang member Mayor. Oh, yes Paris is lovely. Kareem Abdul Jabbar was asked long ago where would you like to live? He said Paris, I agree. I met a girl, father was Ethiopian, mother Swedish, gorgeous, in Paris. She spoke English like a Valley girl, but I digress. Go Walter Moore!

Not only he will raise some interesting issues, but he may actually make LA a better city and de-Mexicanize it if you will, i'd say this is worth a try (given the fact that my area in the SFV has become almost exclusive latino in only 20-30 years)

Not only he raises a lot of issues, but he raises also a lot of money considering that he does not have all the politically correct elite (and little Mexico in LA) licking his boots GO WALTER

His site may suck a little bit but at least he got his bar exam and he has a moral code other than pandering to the mexican mafia

1) Walter Moore is a registered Independent, not a Republican. 2) His website is honest and yes, it does lack the slick look of mega-campaign-funded career-politician web sites, but that is the essence of the man. Please do not judge this website by its cover, take a look at what he says, because he is sincere and he wants to make a difference. Get behind Walter and maybe you can be part of the solution to the problem of career politicians being able to buy political office because they have a cadre of wealthy coolaide drinkers and special interest supporters.

I think the msm and Diebolt voting machines will insure his defeat, but he has my vote anyway. Why is it that the ones who make sense don't even get the press?

His website is a little bit sucky i agree (mac based- i like PCs) but hey what worries you most? Is it a sluggish website, or is it an entire city, YOUR CITY, with illegal aliens everywhere, signs in spanish, super long lines at DMV, potholes everywhere (many left out for months), 3rd world looking streets, crime and gangs, low performing schools, crowded hospitals etc? For me the website annoyance is second, please focus on the big picture, we have now the UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY to vote for someone great who will FIX LA and this person is Walter Moore for Mayor, go Walter, stop this Villalarazza!

What's the... out of control republican? First he is no longer republican (he is independent), second what is really out of control is the illegal alien invasion, gone wild under Villar-the-clown. WALTER MOORE will actually stop the invasion, or stop promoting it, the city will be under control again
