"Imposter: How George W. Bush Bankrupted America and Betrayed the Reagan Legacy"

The titular book from the former Reagan administration official is due on April 11, 2006.

From a recent column:

Last week I had an interesting experience. I was asked to testify before a hearing of the Senate Democratic Policy Committee. I made it clear to them that I was a Republican, but they said they wanted me anyway. I suppose that they knew that I have become very disturbed by the Republican Party’s fiscal policy and they presumed that I would attack it. I did not disappoint them.

When the Heritage Foundation begins blaming not just Dubya, but the Republican held legislative branch for out of control spending, it's time to switch teams. I'm heading for the Democrats side.

I can't believe people are just waking up to the "bankrupting the country" part of Bush's legacy. Apparently, it wasn't an issue in the last election.

I've always said that it would take Republicans to take back our country from the Neo-Cons. So who are the Thugs that are blackmailing Republicans into voting for this insane 5-year no-tax and all-spend spree, and how can we get rid of them once and for all?
