I work for a state institution and the worst inmate come from a state agency youth authority. These inmates are messed up especially psychologically, have minimal skills, full of anger and often combative, suicidal.

Read about the false energy crisis that was fabricated by Davis and his cronies. This caused him to borrow energy from other states, which was very costly, raised taxes, cut funding for education, raised energy bills, and basically put the State of California in a financial hurricane.

The Federal fiscal problems are not the fault of the President. This is in part the fault of congress, limiting the work of the government by filibusters and poor decisions on the lefts side.

Economic experts have proven that the recession was over in 2001. Also, remember that the market crash began in 2000, during the Clinton Administration.

I hope that the state of California can once again enjoy the benefit of having an honest governor that handles financial/social issues responsibly. This is in contrast to the present elected official, Grey Davis.

Every state in the country is having budget difficulties, and it IS because of brat Bush's war, and because the Republicans insist on taking away from programs designed to help the poor and lower middle class.

We are ALL going to have to make some sacrifices to repair what has been going on since Bush came into office. It's too bad that some folks seem to think that only the poor, middle class, and sweet woodland creatures should be the ones to pay for the problems. Why shouldn't the wealthy HELP pay for the Bush's war machine?
