.@taylortwellman: if a sport called "soccer" existed, you wouldn't know it from ESPN. The next match on network during normal hours is *January 16* at *9:20am*. Subtly point out to ESPN suits that Murdoch must know something they don't.

.@taylortwellman: between now & Boxing Day ESPN only has three soccer matches on ESPN/ESPN 2/ESPN News, and two of them are early morning. Are there cornhole or spikeball championships? Please urge the suits to put some Plus games on network.

.@TaylorTwellman: the only way to have an impact on anything is Socratic questioning. See this and then apply it to concussions. This is the only way to force leaders into changing things: http://24ahead.com/s/question-authority

.@TaylorTwellman @TheAthleticSCCR: encourage #ESPN to show more #USFL etc etc games. More TV = more interest = better pay. Likewise with #NWSL.

.@taylortwellman: if #ESPN hides more than a few Serie A matches or the key ones on #ESPNPlus, it'll be yet another example of their incompetence. Making #soccer a specialty sport hidden away on special channels harms the sport, harms the #USMNT, & harms ESPN.

.@TaylorTwellman: viewership is key to future success. #Fox put dozens of #WorldCup games on network, more than Disney ever did. Also mainstreaming soccer. That means undercutting Coulter etc; despite lots of time & megaphones, soccer pros haven't ever done that.

.@TaylorTwellman: Fox has been unexpectedly good (at least by me) in putting games on network. On Friday they're backsliding & hiding key games on FS1. That's bad for everyone: soccer in USA, soccer on ESPN, USMNT, etc. Please speak out against marginalizing soccer.

.@TaylorTwellman @notthefakesvp: I can't draw, so imagine a drawing of #ESPN not spending 2.5% of their yearly rights budget to outbid Murdoch, then Fox puts #WorldCup on *network* (at least so far), something Disney wouldn't do, thereby helping soccer in USA. #DrawTheWorldCup

Tune into @notthefakeSVP tonight on ESPN as he has come up with a genius idea on how to tell the #WorldCup story he… https://t.co/9gykv9AnXO

.@TaylorTwellman: it'd be smart of ESPN to pay Fox a few $ to show some World Cup matches. That makes business sense for both ESPN & Fox, and it helps soccer by not making it a marginalized specialty sport on a specialty channel. Can you convince ESPN suits to do it?
