@24AheadDotCom @CatholicismUSA I don't think offering humanitarian aid is the same thing as encouraging them. I couldn't refuse aid.

@24AheadDotCom I just think we need to provide food & water & a place out of brutal sun. Then send them back. No other encouragement.
