.@Buster_ESPN @JessMendoza: citizenship test just being rote memorization is horrific for USA. That way lies more Eduardo Saverins or worse. What's needed is a test that ensures future citizens buy into the Constitution. Obviously, a lot of LPRs & even citizens don't.
