I don't know who first used "Pocahontas", but what happened is in 2011 the #MAGOP opposed her in smart ways incl over #immigration. Then the national #GOP stepped in, took over, & dumbed things **way, way** down. One of them, Hannity, LegInsurrection, etc. are top suspects.
