MTBing in Runyon Canyon Park - 10/21/02
Went MTBing in RCP earlier today. Unlike the trip reports there, I ascended then descended, I didn't just do a one-way. Took eastern route (up the steps made with railroad ties to the overlook with the benches) instead of the route suggested as Ride #3 in the excellent book Mountain Biking L.A. County (Southern Section). I heartily recommend you buy that book. Heck, buy 100,000 or more, so I can get 8% instead of 5%.
