Bloomberg opposes non-citizen voting for New Yorkers - 04/19/05
April 16, 2005 - Immigrant advocates yesterday rallied to back a measure that would allow noncitizens to vote, but it was opposed by Mayor Bloomberg while the only Democratic mayoral candidate to back it was Virginia Fields.

NYT, Bloomberg against non-citizen voting - 04/19/04
The New York Times has an editorial ('A Citizen's Right') opposing voting for non-citizens. They mention that Mayor Mike Bloomberg is also opposed to it:
