Elisa Montoya is a Washington DC lawyer who served as Barack Obama's National Latino Outreach Director during the election and who's now been appointed to an unknown position in the State Department. Back on October 31, 2008, she offered "Barack Obama: Putting the American Dream Back Within Our Reach" [1] and, for some strange reason, she promoted redistributing the wealth at the same time as she promoted tax cuts, with parts of the latter sounding like something from the McCain campaign. However, the dog that didn't bark is that she didn't say a peep about comprehensive immigration reform...
