Julia Belluz of Vox helps make Ebola worse
Obama doesn't want travel restrictions from west Africa, and as a result Julia Belluz of Vox doesn't want travel restrictions from west Africa. At post time we've had two people infected with Ebola inside the U.S.
Travel restrictions (not a complete ban) would have minimal economic impacts and if the U.S. coordinated direct Ebola aid it would improve the situation. It would also have prevented Ebola from entering the U.S. in the first place.
On the other hand, Belluz' opposition to restrictions is involved in the two infections and will also lead to far-reaching economic impacts inside the U.S.; see 24ahead.com/n/12079
How much will the position Belluz and Vox have taken cost the U.S.?
