Alejandra Campoverdi aka Ali Campoverdi is the former model/actress you can see pictured. Showing once again how close the Obama White House is to West Wing 2, nowadays she's allegedly dating Jon Favreau (link). Favraeu is Barack Obama's speech writer and a person greatly responsible for Obama's win. He's also pictured (on the left), from the incident where he had a little fratboy fun with a cardboard cutout of Hillary Clinton.

As for the brain surgeon bit, that's the one thing she isn't. Her full thinking abilities are on display in "Human Resources: Rethinking the Immigration Debate" (link), which includes this:

Obviously, that "supply and demand model" is much, much more than "simple" as it involves all the issues covered here: political corruption, race-based power, welfare benefits to illegal aliens undewriting a low-cost labor force for crooked employers, and on and on. Some of the hacks who shovel things like this at us - such as Cecilia Munoz - seem to know that they're being deceptive. The article reads like Campoverde actually believes what she says and is incapable of figuring out where she's wrong.
