Terry Krepel needs logic lessons (Obama certificate issue)

I hesitate to discuss blogs that criticize this site when the blog in question only gets about 400 visits per day. However, a week ago Terry Krepel of "ConWebWatch" offered "Blog Misleadingly Comes to Kincaid's Defense" [1] about a recent video I made. In his post, Krepel - a a Senior Editor at Media Matters for America - shows his inability to understand basic concepts of logic:

The video weirdly attacks (ThinkProgress) for falsely titling their version of the (Cliff Kincaid) video by stating that he "suggests Obama wasn't born in U.S.": "Kincaid didn't 'suggest Obama wasn't born in the U.S. He didn't make any suggestions as to where Obama was born. He only -- correctly -- stated that we don't really know."... ...That's a distinction without a difference. Given that the alternative to being born in the U.S. is not being born in the U.S., by questioning whether there is proof that Obama was born in the U.S., Kincaid is, in fact, suggesting that he was not...

Obama was either born in the U.S. or he wasn't. However, where he was born and what we know about where he was born are two entirely separate issues.

For an example that even Krepel might be able to understand, my car is of a certain color. If you look at it you can see what color it is, and you can assert that it's that color and not another. However, unless you see the car or have some other form of definitive proof, you don't know what color it is.

What color my car is and your knowledge of what color my car is are separate issues. Both of those are cut and dried: my car is a certain color or it isn't; you definitively know what color it is or you don't. And, in the current case we have no definitive proof of where Obama was actually born.

And, showing his keen investigative journalistic instincts, he says:

24Ahead also asserts that FactCheck "blatantly lies about the 10/31 statement from the state of Hawaii" without offering evidence.

Apparently I need to put the link to the Obama citizenship issue page in flashing neon letters or something.
