... Latino Alliance for Human Rights. GLAHR is headed by Teodoro Maus, former Mexican consul general in Atlanta. Another group, the Instituto de Mexico, is also directly linked to the Mexican government. Others involved in the suit include many names familiar from past ACLU/NILC suits; they're listed at [2].
