Blatant Obama propaganda promotes a six year old's refugees stance

Barack Obama has promoted or been promoted by blatant propaganda in the past, oftentimes involving children: kids singing for him, him sending letters to kids, lesson plans, etc. etc. Not to mention the baby-waving habit of the pro-mass immigration side.

However, perhaps the most blatant example of Obama-related propaganda is the video below. It features six-year-old Alex reading a letter he supposedly wrote to Obama in support of refugees. Obama read the letter the child supposedly wrote at the United Nations as part of his push for even more refugees. It'd make Soviet propagandists blush in shame.

There are two main issues here:

1. First, the child has trouble reading the letter. Not to fault him: he almost assuredly didn't write it. According to online text utilities, the grade level of the letter (reprinted at [1]) is between 4th and 9th; another puts the average grade level at 6th [2]. The child spells correctly words that most 6-year-olds wouldn't know, like "ambulance" and "Syria". Go ask a Kindergarten teacher how many of their pupils know how to spell "Syria". The letter was almost certainly written by Alex' parents or an associate. Whoever wrote it probably has a vested interest: they might be an immigration lawyer, affiliated with a pro-refugees NGO, have an ethnic/religious interest, or is affiliated with the Democratic Party. [3]

2. In case it wasn't clear already, Obama wants people to suspend their critical thinking facilities and just think with their emotions. Of the letter, he says (part of his U.N. speech):

The humanity that a young child can display, who hasn’t learned to be cynical, or suspicious, or fearful of other people because of where they’re from, or how they look, or how they pray, and who just understands the notion of treating somebody that is like him with compassion, with kindness -- we can all learn from Alex.

In other words, sit down and shut up. Don't question what Obama and other world leaders support. Don't question why they support mass refugee resettlement. Don't be skeptical about the long-term rewards vs any long-term rewards. Assume that everything that is presented as compassionate actually is, even when that's occasionally not the case. Apply as much thinking to the issue as a six-year-old would and just let Obama and world leaders do what they want.

What's scary is that there have always been a significant number of Obama supporters who wouldn't oppose such notions, just like there are a large number of Donald Trump supporters who feel the same.

[1] The letter:

Dear President Obama,

Remember the boy who was picked up by the ambulance in Syria? Can you please go get him and bring him to [my home]? Park in the driveway or on the street and we will be waiting for you guys with flags, flowers, and balloons. We will give him a family and he will be our brother. Catherine, my little sister, will be collecting butterflies and fireflies for him. In my school, I have a friend from Syria, Omar, and I will introduce him to Omar. We can all play together. We can invite him to birthday parties and he will teach us another language. We can teach him English too, just like my friend Aoto from Japan.

Please tell him that his brother will be Alex who is a very kind boy, just like him. Since he won't bring toys and doesn't have toys Catherine will share her big blue stripy white bunny. And I will share my bike and I will teach him how to ride it. I will teach him additions and subtractions in math. And he [can] smell Catherine's lip gloss penguin which is green. She doesn't let anyone touch it.

Thank you very much! I can't wait for you to come!

Alex
