All Congressmen and Senators must return to their homestate, and apologize to the electorate. For the 21 years of non-enforcement of the law as promised in 1986. 4. Each representative must provide documents that prove the electorate has, in fact, forgiven them. 5. No chain migration. No dynasties. Only one family member in each generation may hold any elected office. 6. Must demonstrate comprehension of the English language. Must use English in all written and oral communication. 7. Must swear to the Oath of Office. Repeat until comprehended. The job title is "public servant". Repeat until comprehended. 8. Z Visa allowing probational entry into Washington D.C. will be granted upon successful completion of the above items. 9. Must pass background checks. Same checks we give to all of our law enforcement personnel. Any felony conviction discovered results in automatic revocation of the Z visa. 10. All communication with any foreign or domestic lobbyist must be recorded in audio/visual format. Same shall be public record, available to all Citizens free of charge on the internet.
