Pro-illegal immigration, globalist propaganda in Superman movie

No, really. If you're like me, the phrase "truth, justice, and..." ends in "the American way." But, apparently the latest Superman movie has changed it to "Truth, justice and... all of that stuff."

As detailed here (via this), that was an intentional move by two of the film's writers in order to make it easier to sell the film overseas. But, that's not all:
[Dan Harris]: "He's an alien, from Krypton; he has come to Earth to be kind of a savior for this world, not our country ... And he has no papers."

[Mike Dougherty]: "What would happen with the immigration laws we have now?"

[Dan Harris]: "I'd like to see someone kick him out!"
HUAC 2 would be a rash move, but I'd suggest boycotting their "work" lest you end up supporting illegal immigration propaganda.

Unbelieveable! Hollywood hates us, don't they? I notice not one interview spoke about the omission of "and the American way!" They want that big first weekend box office before word of mouth gets around.

Generally illegal immigration and its effects are not problems for movie making types who live in exclusive areas where they don't have drive-bys and "bad schools". These types are more worried about appearing politically incorrect/racially insensitive. Hence the positions they take.

boycotting

Although I would not take this particular bit too/so seriously.

UPDATE:

A&E ran a special on Superman (to plug the new movie)last night (6/29/06) and immigration was referenced THREE TIMES.

At one point, the narrarator intones: "Superman was the ultimate American immigrant." They then cut to...noted immigrant/Superman expert Gene Simmons of Kiss who tells us he came here from Israel and, yes, he too believes Superman should be seen as an immigrant.

The point is thrown in a third time later in the program, which I think ran two hours. It was awkward, and obviously shoe-horned in to try to tie the movie to the current HOT TOPIC.

In case the viewers didn't get the point, the narrator notes that Superman used to fight Nazis and support "social causes," but in the 50s fell victim to the "conservative era."

The makers of the current movie need a hook. And it's this: we're returning Superman to his roots,

Well technically he is an illegal alien. The law has to apply to everyone...
