Whoever the Democratic candidate, that is the weakness of the Democratic party, they’ve got the blogs and the netroots who are semi-nuts and they insist on a Stalinist line of discipline.

Obviously, that's completely false. Liberal bloggers are completely nuts.

Yes, I would tend to agree with David Brooks that the radical left bloggers do seem to all be playing out of the same playbook (as are the radical left politicians). An anti-Bush phrase seems to show up all over the country simultaneously.

Imagine a radical left NYT spoksman talking about "Stalinist line of discipline" with regard to the radical left. Kind of like suspicions confirmed isn't it?

The radical left believes in diversity, just not diversity of religion (they are ok with athiests and Muslims but NO Christians), they believe in diversity of national origin, color, gender, race, and sexual orientation. But, NO diversity of opinion or thought or else its the "Stalinist line of discipline". Incidently Stalin murdered over 10 million of his own people and sent untold numbers more to the gulags. As you can see, "Stalinist" discipline was more than ROR or probation.
