WeAreChange screams at Al Gore, helps him by portraying his opponents as insane

A group from the Chicago branch of the We Are Change group - part of the "911 Truth movement" - showed up at a recent book signing by Al Gore, asked him weak questions, and then began screaming at him as they were hustled out of the store.

See the attached video, and ask yourself: "to almost all people, won't WeAreChange members appear to be borderline insane? Won't this incident - among the small number of people who see it - actually help Al Gore? Why are his supposed opponents in effect helping him?"

Based on my experience, the We Are Change types are incapable of understanding how they ultimately help those who they pretend to oppose. Various issues seem to be involved: to a certain extent they're more glassy-eyed than many cultists; like the tea parties participants they're impulsive and aren't capable of thinking things through; and, they want to burnish their in-group credentials even if they aren't actually doing anything.

See the question authority page for the smart, effective alternative to acting like crazy people.
