I'm confused. Did #DocMartin & Louiser visit the guy in the hospital, the guy had an operation, and there was a wedding all in the same, long day? Even if it was the next day, wouldn't Louiser and the doc have had their misunderstanding about the lack of a hospital visit earlier?
