Give like Michelle Obama: toy helicopters like ones given to Gordon Brown available for $4.11

Now, you members of hoi polloi can give gifts just like Michelle Obama! On his recent visit, UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown was presented with panoply of goods that would make a potlatch-throwing chief mad with envy, including 25 DVDs and two small toy helicopters for his sons. The latter were presented by Michelle, and she actually went all the way to the White House gift shop to get them (perhaps with her employee's discount).

Similar models of Marine One in identical-looking boxes bearing the White House crest are sold on Amazon for $15 (£10.67).

But, you can be even more generous than Michelle, with the $4.11 model pictured right.

I guess the idea of going to a real toy store and getting something like a remote-control model was too bourgeois for Michelle's taste.
