Will the ACLU of Texas oppose profiteering off illegal immigration?

The ACLU of Texas opposes profiteering off illegal immigration detention. Below I ask if they oppose a much larger case of profiteering off illegal immigration: those businesses, banks, and others who seek to profit from illegal aliens working, spending money, sending money to their home countries, and so on. The money involved in that is much larger than the money involved in running detention centers.

In some cases, companies play both sides of the field. For instance, Wells Fargo has invested in private immigration detention facilities. They were also one of the first banks to reach out to illegal aliens as customers, giving them home loans, opening accounts for them, and helping send their money home.

Yet, the chances are that the ACLU will only be concerned with one side of the field, not both.
