Immigration laws even "liberals" could support

The "U.S. General Population Act", introduced by Rep. John Linder (R-GA), proposes immigration changes that even "liberals" can support. It would make our immigration laws the same as Mexico's.

Last year only 3000 people were allowed to become mexican citizens, but also understand this law will be used against American Citizen who will not become part of the North American Union, in other words you may some day become the enemy of the state. BY the way what is MEchA Saying about this bill?
