Is anyone dumb enough to believe that HR 4437 would "criminalize everyone who knows, cares about, or assists undocumented immigrants"? Assistance can come in a wide variety of forms, some potentially criminally culpable and other not, but the idea that someone will be prosecuted for "knowing" or "caring about" someone is simple hysteria.
