Someone should ask McCain how the size of the bureaucracy it would take to process applications for 20 million illegal aliens. Presumably factors like identity, length of residence, work history and possible criminal violations would have to verified.
BTW, the 20 million figure seems more believable than the lower figures cited by the govt and pro-illegal alien lobby because it was produced by:
