Who can beat Villaraigosa?

That's the key question voters should ask themselves regarding the L.A. Mayoral race.

If there is indeed currently a three-way race, there will be a run-off. Assuming Parks and Alarcon are out of the running, and making the somewhat dubious assumption that Walter Moore is in the running, here are the six possibilities:

AV - BH: AV might lose
AV - JH: AV might lose
AV - WM: AV would probably win

BH - JH: BH would probably win
BH - WM: BH would probably win

JH - WM: JH would probably win

Legend:
AV = Villaraigosa
BH = Hertzberg
JH = Hahn
WM = Moore

If Parks withdraws and throws his support to AV, that would create a major problem.

If Alarcon takes votes away from AV, that would be a good thing.

L.A.,Is part of mexico by de Facto and as time goes on the south west will become just like mexico, and within 50 years we will be mexicans and if you think that is good, just go and see mexico, i mean the real mexico, fight or become nothing but a lost part of history.
And what is the point of dying in a war when your own government hates you?

any nation is made by its people and a government is that people, so who and why is our government doing what it is doing and who is it working for? long live the bill of rights and the old dead guys who made it work for you. and yes villaraigosa will win because of race and nothing more, no one can beat him.
