The NYT article "A Blue City (Disconsolate, Even) Bewildered by a Red America" is almost too funny for words. I stopped reading when I got to the bit about discussing politics with the homeless I was laughing so hard.

I have to believe there are smarter people in NYC than the yuppie prats interviewed in that article.
