Eugenics means good genes!

Every child born in the UK could be genetically screened and the data stored to plan their future healthcare under government proposals for a massive expansion of genetic testing.

Eugenics and the public good.
I live in Eugene and let me tell you Eugeniacs are maniacs. The disrupter gene has gone mad here -- all because of Eugenics. I can't conceive of an entire country subscribing to a protocol like the one here. It's scari to think. Perhaps there is some consolation in knowing that their vestigial tails will still control their behavior through genetic white noise.
