- Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part Two) The conclusion to the Dallas-style episode
- Radioactive Man With Rainier Wolfcastle as the comic book hero and Milhouse van Houten as Fallout Boy. The townspeople ruthlessly take advantage of the innocents from Hollywood
- Homer the Smithers Smithers goes on an all-male vacation. Homer fills in back at the plant
- The Day the Violence Died Bart helps the original inventor of Itchy and Scratchy get his lifelong wish, bankrupting their studios in the process
- Home Sweet Homediddly-Dum-Doodily Child protective services spot a bedraggled Bart and Lisa, and declare Homer and Marge unfit parents. The kids are forced to live with the Flanderses while their parents are reeducated
- Bart Sells His Soul to Milhouse... for $5. And Milhouse refuses to sell it back, despite all the strange things that happen to Bart
- Lisa the Vegetarian She experiences anthropomorphic food and becomes a vegan. Paul and Linda McCartney guest star. A pig flies
- Treehouse of Horror VI Features three mini-episodes: "Attack of the 50 ft Eyesores" with the giant advertising figures coming to life, Groundskeeper Willy stars in "Nightmare On Evergreen Terrace", and the 3-dimension animation "Homer^3". The last combines Tron, Myst, and the Fox backlot at the end
- King-Size Homer He tips the scales at 300 pounds so he can work at home. The town ends up being very grateful for his weight gain
- Mother Simpson A trip back to the Sixties. Glen Close guest stars
- Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming He threatens to nuke Springfield unless they give up TV
- The Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular Troy McClure hosts a show featuring long lost footage, including hardcore nudity
- Marge Be Not Proud Bart gets caught shoplifting at the Try-N-Save
- Team Homer Montgomery Burns underwrites his bowling team, then joins it. Meanwhile, Principal Skinner has mandated drab school uniforms... until
- Two Bad Neighbors Featuring the characters of George H.W. and Barbara Bush, and another ex-president with whom Homer gets along much better
- Scenes from the Class Struggle in Springfield Marge finds a Chanel suit at a discount store, and gets invited to the Springfield Country Club. The Marxist dialectic is explored
- Bart the Fink Krusty the Klown, dinged for tax fraud, crashes his plane into the mountains. The kids investigate
- A Fish Called Selma Troy McClure uses Homer's sister-in-law as a beard
- Summer of 4 Ft. 2 It's Lisa... and she looks like Blossom!
