- Bart the Murderer Bart joins the Springfield Mafia.
- Homer Defined A "heroic" Homer saves the town and wins the plant's "Employee of the Month" award.
- Like Father, Like Clown Krusty the Clown reunites with his long-estranged father.
- Treehouse of Horror II Features three mini-episodes: "The Monkey's Paw", where the family learns that getting what you wish for isn't all it's cracked up to be, "The Bart Zone", featuring an omnipotent Bart that everyone has to be nice to... or else, and the Frankensteinian "If I Only Had a Brain".

- Homer Alone Marge goes on a vacation at Rancho Relaxo... alone.

- Homer At The Bat Famous baseball players replace Homer and his friends on the plant's team.
- Separate Vocations Bart becomes an authoritarian, Lisa becomes a bad girl.
- Dog of Death Santa's Little Helper needs an operation, and the family makes sacrifices.
- Colonel Homer Homer manages a country singer named Lurleen.
- Black Widower Selma marries Sideshow Bob.
- The Otto Show Schoolbus driver Otto moves in with the Simpsons.
- Bart's Friend Falls in Love Milhouse has a romance.
- Brother Can You Spare Two Dimes? Mr. Burns give Homer a fake award in order to prevent him from filing suit.
