Mexico-linked ICIRR conducting voter drive in Chicago - 10/09/08

From this: During the next four weeks, Immigration activists plan to swarm through nearly 700 Chicago-area neighborhoods, visiting some homes several times in a $1 million effort to pull at least 140,000 voters into the polls for the Nov. 4 elections, organizers announced Tuesday. The campaign, involving about 2,500 volunteers, is part of an aggressive last push across the country to sway the result of the presidential race and several congressional contests in the direction of Immigration reforms. "This is a serious campaign," said Juan Salgado, president of the Illinois Coalition for...

Will Rod Blagojevich pro-illegal immigration scheme violate law? - 12/13/06

In November 2005, Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich - a very strong supporter of illegal immigration - created the "New Americans Immigrant Policy Council" (press release link) to come up with ways to deal with immigrants in his state. The report from the NAIPC has been released, as has a report from a similar panel. Blago has endorsed their findings, but has not committed any money. And, whether any money will be found is still to be determined. As even the WaPo discloses ("Ill. Governor To Announce New Benefits For Immigrants" by Kari Lydersen), these benefits would be for both legal and...

Immigration march organizers have foreign links - 09/01/06

Many of those who attended the recent immigration marches are foreign citizens who are here illegally. But, it doesn't stop there. For instance, one rally organizer is a former Mexican consul general and another is an official with a Mexican political party. Not surprisingly, the MSM has barely mentioned such links. The reader is strongly encouraged to contact media sources and suggest that instead of simply reporting what goes on at future marches they do some journalism and look into any links between organizers and foreign governments or institutions.

National Alliance for Immigrant Rights: Pro-illegal immigration groups seek power - 08/14/06

On Sunday around 400 people from 25 states met in Chicago to try to organize the disparate groups that assisted in getting illegal aliens and their supporters to march in our streets and demand rights to which they aren't entitled: "Pro-immigration groups seek formal political power" by Oscar Avila and Antonio Olivo. They formed a group called the "National Alliance for Immigrant Rights". One of the leaders is Jorge Mujica, an official with the Mexican political party PRD. At least to me, that completely taints everyone else involved in the group, and the reader is strongly encouraged to...

Illegal aliens march in Chicago, get support from Blago, Gutierrez, local media - 03/10/06

Up to a few hundred thousand illegal aliens and their supporters marched for immigration "reform" in Chicago earlier today. Among those supporters are the local news media and politicians. The news media took the opportunity to send out their ethnically-biased reporters who offer some rather non-journalistic propaganda.
