GIVE Act: strips First Amendment rights from volunteers (George Miller) - 03/25/09
Democratic Rep. George Miller added an amendment to the "Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education" Act (HR1388) that would prevent volunteers from engaging in a wide range of activities otherwise allowed under the First Amendment.
