Frank Luntz GOP strategy memo on healthcare ignores immigration angle

What kind of 28-page strategy memo outlining how the GOP should handle healthcare would avoid mentioning the immigration angle? Why, none other than the one just released by Frank Luntz. You can download a copy of the PDF from politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0509/The_full_Luntz.html (the link at that page isn't marked as a PDF).

I just did a find through the document, and there were no instances of immigr*, which is surprising since any healthcare plan will have to take into account the millions of illegal aliens in the U.S. and the fact that the plan would serve as yet another benefit that illegal aliens - and their employers - receive. And, most Americans will oppose that.

Add in the fact that the Democrats and others usually lie about the number of Americans without health insurance, and you've got an issue that even Dick Morris noticed. Yet, Luntz did not. I guess he's a moderate.
